Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described below.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and processed before shipment.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, address confirmation, and fulfillment requirements.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Time

Shipping Costs

Shipping Address

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot normally be modified. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly, and any carrier fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Shipping

Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control customs procedures and are not responsible for delays, restrictions, seizures, or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location, package size, or fulfillment requirements.

Separate packages may arrive on different days and may have different tracking numbers.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied solely because an order is divided into multiple packages, unless clearly disclosed during checkout.

Delayed Orders

Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

If an order is delayed, customers should review the tracking information and allow reasonable time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.

We may assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or duration of such investigations.

Lost Packages

A package is not considered lost while tracking information remains active or while it is still within a reasonable delivery period.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact our customer support team so we can review the shipment.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages are subject to carrier confirmation, investigation results, and the circumstances of the shipment.

We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

  • Check around the delivery location;

  • Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception;

  • Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice;

  • Contact the shipping carrier;

  • Confirm that the shipping address was correct.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

We may request additional information, a written declaration, or confirmation from the carrier before reviewing a claim.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all included materials.

You may be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Discarding the packaging before the claim is reviewed may affect eligibility.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The shipping carrier may make one or more delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions, arranging redelivery, collecting the package, or paying any applicable redelivery fees.

We are not responsible for packages returned because the customer was unavailable, failed to collect the package, or did not respond to carrier notifications.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused at delivery or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

These orders are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

Any approved refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping costs, handling fees, customs charges, and other expenses incurred because of the refusal or failed delivery.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, customs issue, or failure to collect it, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will only be reviewed after the returned package has been received and inspected.

Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

Shipping Restrictions
